I was honestly very sad when he died. I found his work when I was about 14 years old. I was fascinated with all of his works and only to find that a few years later he passed away. I will forever love his work. Beautiful tribute to this man.
i so fucking love Satochi-Sensei's movies, they are so....GOOD (?) aaaand your draw is so cute!! i wish write more words b-but...my english...is limitated *spanish speaking plz* favs :3 and new wallpaper lol/shoot
I really like how lovely and soft this is. It's so calm, but it has very nice energy. I like how you used color to separate him from the works, and seeing them included like this with him is very nice. Great work. ♥
After Paprika recently (I decided I wanted to watch all of his works), I found out he wasn't the entire creative force behind it and Perfect Blue, but that didn't make either of them any less ingenious or magnicifent. I really love and miss Satoshi Kon. I hope he's resting well, and his goodbye message to everyone leaves me with a bittersweet calm. Inspire on, Kon-sensei!
